Assembly Process

To start remove the poly box from the E Z GO utility cart,

First remove the pin and retainer from the shock and safety ,

Then remove the two pins and retainers at the rear hinge location

You now have an E Z GO utility cart without the dump box

This is how the Fairway Café short roof looks on the shipping skid without the bubble wrap and shrink wrap, cut the nylon ties and remove the aluminum side rails, setting them aside for later use, note they are marked left and right

This is the end of the Fairway Café conversion that is closest to the seat, remove conversion from skid and set up off the floor on 2 x 4 ‘s

When you lift the Fairway Café conversion off the shipping skid the Fairway Café conversion frame is fastened to the skid, remove screws so frame can be lifted off skid

Make sure Shock and bed stop cable assemble are still properly fastened to the utility cart

Fasten body bracket to frame with supplied hardware

Using factory pins and retainers and bushings install Fairway Café to factory mounting points using factory hardware

Supplied body mount

Original Factory Pre-Drilled Holes

Original factory tie down. Cut factory mat to allow access.

Place Supplied Body Mount Plate and Bolt Through Original Factory Pre-drilled Protect Batteries From Falling Parts.

With body mount plate fastened to Fairway Café frame, lower frame to cart and align with cart cross member

Now install factory shock and safety cable to Fairway Café frame

Now install factory shock and safety cable to Fairway Café frame

Now install factory shock and safety cable to Fairway Café frame

With Fairway Café frame fastened and with lifting device ( human or mechanical ) the Fairway Café conversion fits right on the frame.

Note: any gap between fiberglass and frame should be filled with filler shims ( supplied) to avoid future damage from vibration
